1	Date Dec 12, 2025 Fall 2025	Priorities, Tasks, & Assignments Transcriptions and MIS Scoring	Notes, Progress, or Issues This semester I worked on transcribing incorrect responses from participants during the MINT and assigning MIS Scores on the MIS Scoring Template. I completed transcriptions and assigned scores for around 25 participants, with two videos per participant. 2	Jan 12, 2026 Spring 2026	Transcriptions and MIS Scoring	I transcribed and scored BISD014 Video 2. After this patient I plan to go back and complete transcriptions and scoring for videos that were missing but have now been added. On Wednesday I will begin with BILP020 Video 2. 3	Jan 14, 2026	Transcriptions and MIS Scoring	I completed transcriptions and scoring for BILP020 Video 2, BILP026 Video 2, and BILP028 Video 2. I also began the transcription for BILP029 Video 1. On Friday I will continue transcribing and scoring this video then move on to Video 2 for this patient.
4	Jan 16, 2026	Transcription and MIS Scoring	Completed the transcriptions and scoring for BILP029 Video 1. On Monday I will begin on Video 2 then move on to BILP030.
5	Jan 21, 2026	Transcription and MIS Scoring	Completed transcriptions and scoring for BILP029 Video 2, BILP030 Video 1, and began working on the transcription for BILP030 Video 2. I will complete Video 2 for this participant on Friday then move on to BILP031.
