  • For employees who will resign from the University before retirement age.

  • Additional checklist of tasks for retirees.

Retirement/Resignation Letter

• Submit a retirement/resignation notice to your supervisor.

  • This can be via email, cc'ing Carla Lanas (clanas@austin.utexas.edu)

  • The notice must include the effective date of your retirement or resignation.
