Smartsheet

• • The department uses a online application called Smartsheet to manage lab orders.
  • Smartsheet looks like a spreadsheet, but has additional features to help people collaborate.

• • When you join a lab, you'll receive an invitation from Smartsheet to join our account.
    
    • For non-student research staff, the invitation will be sent to your email ending in "austin.utexas.edu"
    • For students, the invitation will be sent to your email ending in "utexas.edu"
    • Click on the link in the Smartsheet notification to create a password.
    • Note:  your invitation email address + the password you created become your Smartsheet login credentials.
    • You are added to our Smartsheet account as a free user; please do not sign up for a Smartheet license free trial.
