Guide
Turn on the room A/V system by connecting the display cable on either end of the conference table to your laptop. The projector and screen will come on automatically.
Projector
The Projector and screen are set to turn on automatically when a device is connected to the A/V cables on the table.
There is a 10-minute delay after removing the A/V cable from your device before the projector and screen will turn off automatically.
Audio
Volume
The room has wall mounted speakers next to the projector screen. Audio is controlled through any device that is connected to the A/V cables on the table.
Lights
The Light control panel is on the wall. This room has standard switches.
End
When you are finished with the Classroom AV equipment, disconnect the A/V cable from your device. This will set the projector to auto-off with a 10-minute delay.
