Guide
Turn on the room A/V system by connecting the display cable on either end of the conference table to your laptop. The projector and screen will come on automatically.
Projector
The Projector and screen are set to turn on automatically when a device is connected to the A/V cables coming from the west wall. Pull the long, red and black HDMI cable from the wall port on the west side of the room.

Audio
Volume
The room has wall mounted speakers next to the projector screen. Audio is controlled through any device that is connected to the A/V cables on the table.
End
When you are finished with the Classroom AV equipment, disconnect the A/V cable from your device. This will set the projector and screen to auto-off.
