Update device's responsible person and location in FRMS
Click the Item Details tab.
Enter devices inventory/tag number in Item Number field.
Click View Details
In the Responsible Person section click Edit.
Enter EID of the person that this device is currently deployed to.
Click Save.
In the Location Details section click Edit.
Change the building, floor, and room number to be the same as the responsible person’s office location.
Click Save.
