Go to: https://servicedesk.moody.utexas.edu/Workspaces#/logon
- Enter your UT EID and UT EID password
- Select IT Incident or IT Request
. - Incident vs. Request
- Incident/Request Details
- Enter Client information (last name first)
- Reported by (leave as is since you are the reporter)
- Status (leave as is)
- Save ticket
