Exostar Fob stopped working

Exostar Fob stopped working? Reset it:


- From web apps: PncChart >Provider mode >click on hamburger (top right) >Exostar Token >Manage Token

- They will be directed to an external browser

- Click the 'Resync' Token button

- They will be prompted to enter in two one-time passcodes/passwords from their token

- After they have correctly entered in their one-time passcodes/passwords, their token will be resynced, and should be able to use it again


If that doesn't work PnC needs the following steps to work directly with Exostar to resync.

For GAHE Tokens

  1. Hold the button down on your token until you see '11111111'.
  2. Let the button go once you see the 1's on the token.
  3. The token will display various screen prompts until it finally shows a 2-4 digit number that is led by a series of zeroes (ex. 000000XX). Record this number.
  4. Please repeat steps 1 through 3 and provide us with both numbers. They should appear sequentially (for example, 00000123 and 00000124).
  5. Provide us with the token serial number (ex. GAHE1234567).

  For GALH Tokens

  1. Press the button on the token to display a code like usual.
  2. While the code is still visible, press and hold the button on the token for 8 – 10 seconds (the code will disappear). The token will go into an automatic test mode.
  3. The automatic test will first display a 2-4 digit number that is led by a series of zeroes (ex. 000000XX). Record this number.
  4. Please repeat steps 1 through 3 and provide us with both numbers. They should appear sequentially (for example, 00000123 and 00000124).
  5. Provide us with the token serial number (ex. GALH1234567).
