Transaction by object code reports 11xx and 16xx.
Appointments by unit report for active and future monthly assignments.
Request a report of the semester's graduate school decentralized awards from the Academic Advisor.
Compare these reports to the running list of TA/AI/GAs that is created by the EA and AA to track appointments and TRBs to ensure all are entered into the system.
