SW Fellows: Annual Reporting

A requirement of your Stengl-Wyer Graduate Fellowship Award is to submit a final report at the end of the award via an online form. Reports may be submitted prior to the end of a reporting period in the event your project is completed ahead of schedule. Prior approval is not required for early submission. We recommend starting a document to track your goals/accomplishments through the year — this will be valuable for updating your CV, too.

You will receive a link to the report submission portal as well as detailed report instructions via email in advance of your report due date. You will also receive courtesy reminder ahead of a report due date; however, timely submission of a report is your responsibility. Mark your calendars accordingly.

Your final report is due 30 days after the end of your fellowship appointment.  For example, if your fellowship ends on August 31, your report is due Sept. 30.
