The resources and administrative officer’s duties are to: maintain the resource wiki; maintain the membership database; assist the Co-Directors in administrative tasks associated with maintaining the group’s official status; keep all files organized; be responsible for all ledger and fund management; to make a financial report at the first Full Membership meeting of every semester.

Duties:

  • update Wiki with "solidified" information
  • keep the  Budget & Accounting
  • manage the financial aspects of all fundraising
