How to Approve Documents (Metadata Approval)
After you migrate a document into the vault and release it from Quick Change status, it needs to be reviewed and approved. |

1. Launch Meridian and select the vault containing the documents that need approval. |
|
2. Change the vault View to Metadata Review. |
|
3. Select and expand the Building folder that contains the documents to approve. |
|
4. Select and expand the Document Classification folder that contains the documents to approve. |
|
5. You will want to have the Viewer open when doing Metadata Reviews so that you don't have to open each |

6. Select the document you want to review. |

6. You will want to have the Viewer on so that you can review documents without having to open them |
|
7. If you need to edit the document properties before approving it, |
|
8. Once the document has been reviewed and/or edited, approve the Metadata. |
|
9. The document will then disappear from your list of documents to approve. |
