Basic Search

Basic Search Templates are a step between Quick Search and Advanced Search. The templates allow you to quickly toggle on and off specific fields that you want to search without the hassle of using the advanced query designer.

In Basic Search Templates the field operators are now editable, but in some templates multiple rows for the same field are available to find a range. (see two options for Begin ISO Date at right)

The Relation term “In” allows you to make multiple selections from a list. See Object Type at right with both “Painting” and “Sculpture” selected.
