Events are used to record date of the meeting, objects on the agenda, and approval status of the objects on the agenda.

 

Event Record

Department: Collection

Event Type: Acquisition Committee Review meeting

Event Name: ARC.[date yyyy.mm.dd]

Enter date of meeting in Begin and End date

Check “Meeting” box

Description: add brief summary of agenda or other notes

 

Event Object Record (selecting individual linked object)

Approval Status: select approved, further review, or not approved

Curatorial Department: select department presenting the object
