Study Collection

Objects in the Study Collection are not accessioned, and held as property of the museum. These objects are added to the Study Collection by approval of the Acquisition Review Committee.

Because these objects are maintained with the intention of study access and for display as exhibition material, these records are made available to the public through the eMuseum site.

• Object Status: Property

• Accession method: assign best fitting term describing method of receipt by the museum

• Date Received: required when known

• ARC Approval/Notified: required

• No accession date is entered
