Common errors with Importer

I don’t see my folder when I’m starting a new import job in Media Studio

• The folder is currently in use by another job, check your in-progress jobs or for completed jobs with errors.

• Always complete a job before uploading new files to the folder.

Auto-linking object records missed records

• check for different amounts or kinds of delimiters within your file names, you may need to re-select the files with differences and rerun the auto link or link them individually

• check for banned characters like slashes /

• check for differences between the object number and file name for multipart pieces like a-c or 1/12-12/12
