Venues

Venues must be added as constituents prior to linking to an exhibition. When adding a venue to an exhibition, select the institution’s constituent record.

Venue Mnemonic

Use the name of the venue, BMA, Phoenix Museum, etc.

Included/Excluded Objects

Objects linked to the exhibition record are automatically included in the Excluded list and must be manually moved to the included list. You must select all included objects from the list and click the vertical ellipses at the top right corner of the table to add selected objects to the included list.

Approved

Must select Approved for the venue to appear in reports.
