Edition data should be entered as follows:
Edition: complete edition number, such as 3/10. This free-text field displays on eMuseum.
Edition count: number for the individual object only. For an object that is edition 3/10, the edition count is 3.
Edition size: number for the edition size only. For an object that is edition 3/10, the edition size is 10.
Proofs: number and type of proofs if known or if the object itself is a proof. Specify the type of proof, such as artist’s proof, trial proof, or printer’s proof.
Edition note: for additional notes regarding edition, such as a special edition or print date.
