Accessing Portal Maps for Facilities Viewers

Login

  1. Go to https://stache.utexas.edu/ and login with your EID credentials. 

  2. Locate and open the GIS Prod Portal Facilities_Viewer entry

  3. Click in the note field, copy the URL for the map you want to view, paste into a browser, and hit enter.

  4. Use the user name and password from Stache for your login credentials.

 

Tunnel Map

Legends, Layers, and Visibility

Change layer visibility by clicking the check box on the Content pane.

Locating Expansion Chambers

 

  1. Zoom out on the map until the complete tunnel structure can be seen.

  2. From the content pane turn off layers as needed for a clean view of the tunnel structure. 

  3. Mouse over the Tunnel Structures layer and click the table button as highlighted below

  4. In the table that opens below the map viewer click the Expansion Chamber column header and sort ascending as shown below

  5. Scroll down on the table until you locate your expansion number and click that row to highlight it.

  6. Look for the highlighted geometry in the map and zoom in for more details.

  7. Logoff when finished.
