  1. Download Survey123 for ArcGIS app



  2. Open App and allow Survey123 to access your location while using the app



  3. Sign in to ArcGIS Online

    1. Click Enterprise login



    2. Enter Trecs as your ArcGIS organization's URL and click continue



    3. Enter your username and password as provided by TRecs LIS and click Sign In



  4. Download Fire Hydrants Flushing Survey



  5. Select survey and click collect button



  6. Fill out survey & click the check mark in the bottom right corner to submit
    *  items are required



  7. Choose to send now or save in outbox



    1. if you saved the survey in the outbox click the outbox



    2. Review the items and send
