  1. In your browser go to the appropriate link below to access Portal Sign In.  
    1. TEST - https://trx-lidar.austin.utexas.edu/portal/home
    2. PROD - https://gis.utexas.edu/portal/home/ 
  2. In the Sign In screen:
    1. Enter in your username, which in most cases will be your EID.  Portal requires user names to be at least 6 characters so for those users it will be your EID + number of underscores needed to meet user name requirements.  For example EID: ABCD will be username ABCD__ 
    2. Password and 
    3. Click "Sign In" button.
  3. If you successfully logged in you should see the below screen with your name shown instead of "Sign in":
