-- To open a shared mailbox --
* In a browser, navigate to https://office365.austin.utexas.edu/ and click "Outlook Web App (OWA"). Sign in with your UT EID credentials
* You may be asked if you want to stay signed in. If you are on a non-public device, I would suggest clicking the checkbox and confirming
* Click on your profile icon at the top right of the OWA client and click "...open a shared mailbox"
* type or paste YOURsharedMailbox@utexas.edu and click "open," if you have full access permission for the mailbox, it will open. If not, you will get a permissions error
* A new browser tab will open-- the URL of the tab should be https://outlook.office.com/mail/YOURsharedMailbox@utexas.edu/inbox. You can bookmark this so that you can just click on your bookmark to open the shared mailbox
