-Lighting holes dont matter unless you have the ability to add them

-Look at bending

-Calculate bending stress (My/I)

-Bending stress is shear stress so find material properties of the hinge

-Look at tensile and compressive yield strength

-Choose the lower stress number and if it is higher than that number, it will fail

-Bending is a tensile and compress stress

-Torsion is a shear stress

-Find bending stress of hinge

-Test impulse for when force is applied to push it up, do that empirically

-Start with a shitty design and improve from there

-Match sim with shitty C design and then you get the correct setup

-From getting the correct setup, you can improve your design from there

-FOS of 2 on sims
