Bottom Shell to Frame

Initial Goals:

• do frame to shell all in one day so the shell does not flex

• never unbolt

• tab on the frame

• pipe/hose clamp goes under the frame tab

• hose clamp is easier to install since dont need to bolt

• put something on shell to interface hose clamp on shell

• pipe clamp is bolting into the shell

• look at rated strength and see how many clamps it takes to support the whole shell

• FOS of 3

Issues with previous shell to frame:

• shell flexes anytime you add the bolts to the frame tab

• mechanism relies on too much precision (20 bolt holes)
