VAC staff must use UT’s Amazon account, and only senior staff in the VAC have access to it. Ask the Curatorial Assis. (Melissa) to make purchases for you.
Com Card Billing Details
Billing address: 1616 Guadalupe, UTA, Suite 3.302, Austin, TX 78701
It’s the same address for all VAC ProCards and HE cards. Other UT com cards may have different mailing addresses.
The name on the card is the card holder (the director, in most cases).
If you need to CVV for a card ask the card holder or the VAC admin.
NOTE: Never send a card number or CVV through email text. Put them on another document and attach that document to an email. This makes it much harder to steal.

Declined Cards
If a UT credit card is declined see the VAC admin or the card holder. That type of vendor may not be allowed on that card (its primary product is on the disallowed list), or the transaction or monthly spending limits may have been exceeded.
