HOLDS (per Ashley, 12/2012)

Weed Holds Shelf

1. Review HOLDS SHELF and pull all items that are past due (end of hold date is listing on the slip)

2. In Millenniem:  search -- barcode -- item-level hold. 

3. Click on patron's name (highlight). 

4. Click "Cancel Hold" twice -- "Expired"

Put item on Hold

1. Search -- barcode -- from summary of highlighted book, click "Hold selected item"
