(DC) [CertMgr] Logging into Certificate Manager
Description
The articles describes logging into the Sectigo / InCommon Certificate Authority Certificate Manager which requires multiple selections, UTEID authentication and Duo verification.
Steps
Visit the Sectigo/InCommon Certificate Authority Certificate Manager
https://cert-manager.com/customer/InCommon
A Sectigo login box will appear, click the Incommon federated Login button.
At the next screen, a dialog box labeled "You are accessing: http://cert-manager.com " will appear.
Note: This screen has changed in May 2020. It has a new look and actually remembers your choice. Once you actually select the University of Texas at Austin and tell it to remember it, you will rarely see this screen again, it will take you directly to the UTEID login (step 7).
Choose "University of Texas at Austin" from the drop-down menu.
Click the radio button choice of "Remember my selection for this web browser session."
Click the Select button.
UT Login dialog box will appear, please enter your UTEID credentials.
A Duo two-factor authentication dialog box will appear, please satisfy the two-factor requirement.
