Automatic Certificate Renewal is no longer a supported process.  

Certificate renewal utilizing existing or porevious private-key or CSR is not longer supported and is considered a security risk.

All certificates must be generated from scratch using a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR).

For security reasons, even if the option is available within the Certificate Manager, it should not be used.   Renewals are only good for 90-days and can not have a longer term-length.  Renewals also attempt to re-use a existing private key, which if compromised can lead to information compromise.
