(DC) [CertMgr] Certificate Download
Description
Downloading certificates can be done within the Sectigo/InCommon Certificate Manager.
Certificates SHOULD be downloaded in the PEM format regardless of what option are available, as it the most universally accepted format and can be converted to various other formats as necessary.
If a certificate is download in one format, it can be easily converted to other formats. Please refer to: (DC) Certificate Format Conversion

Step to download certificate(s)
Login into the Sectigo / InCommon Certificate Authority Certificate Manager. |

Locate the
(hamburger menu icon) and click to expose the navigation menu. Locate "Certificates", click the down arrow, click it to expose and click "SSL Certificates".
A list of certificates will appear. Locate the following icons (list options).
Click the filter icon (
) and click it.
Under the "Group By", choose "Requester".
Click

Under the "Add Filter" choose "Common Name". Type in the FQDN, domain name, or certificate common name (it has various names) into the field. You can use partial word searches, you do not need to type in the entire FQDN.
Click + Add Filter.
The list will now update with common names that match you filter criteria. You should see something like below.
Locate the certificate that you wish to download and click the check box to the left of the name.
New options will now appear above the list.
Click the VIew button.
A new window will appear with the following options.
Click the download icon (
) and tap it.
The following menu should appear (color coded here):
In a majority of the tickets and requests, ONLY the certificate is needed. However, if the customer requests certificate chain (intermediate and/or root certificates), you can download just those orhave the chain included with the certificate.The selected choice will download immediately in your browser. Check your downloads folder. If a certificate is download in one format, it can be easily converted to other formats. Please refer to: (DC) Certificate Format Conversion
