(Archived) CIP Documents
The Office of the VP for University Operations will phase in the transition to electronic records for Capital Improvement Project (CIP) documentation. Because these projects tend to have a long duration and the records are retained until an official close date is set (at which time retention is set), project documentation in paper format prior to March 15, 2010 will not be transferred to electronic format. As of March 15, 2010, new records received will be included in the University Operations Meridian vault according to our standard processes. As a result, some projects will contain a mix of paper and electronic records. However, new projects (added to the program after March 15, 2010) will be maintained solely in electronic format in the University Operations Meridian vault.
The following is a list of the Capital Improvement Projects that will be stored only in the vault.
- 102-556:Â Engineering Education and Research Building
- 102-560:Â LERR10 - Winship Drama Building Fire-Life Safety
- 102-569:Â Texas Union Building Renovation
