Meridian Implementation & Mgmt Demo Follow up Discussion

Liz, Beth and Amy review Meridian issues, requests, questions and discuss how / when to deploy application to the management team.

  1. Reviewed the list of issues and requests related to the Meridian wizard and Meridian application.  Meridian Issue & Request List (\\ECS-MERIDIAN\am\Vault,D-VPUOPROD\VPUO\IT\01\01\IT-01.01.01__Meridian Issue & Request List_0000063.xlsx) is posted in the vault as log # 63.  The first tab contains the items associated with the Wizard (ACAD Plus proprietary) and the third tab contains the items associated with the Meridian application.
  2. Wizard Issue & Request List:  W1 and W2 appear to be programming errors.  W3 is not an error, but a request to modify a Wizard property.  Liz will take these forward to Glenn at ACAD Plus as a response to his telephone inquiry (he called Beth last week to see how things were going).
  3. Application Issue & Request List:  A1 may be something we can ask Glenn about depending on his response to the other questions.  A2 may be an Acrobat issue that TRECS can assist with -- we will pursue with TRECS to see if problem can be resolved before moving forward with additional deployment plans.
  4. Deployment to management team to be discussed later after technical problems with Meridian and Acrobat are resolved.
