Cleaning HPLC valve

1) Stream water through each port, then stream ACN through ports to ensure not blocked. Liquid should come out the back.

2) Open assembly to remove rotor, replacement is 6041.0006 Rotor 2 pos 10 port C2 valve 1/16", 0.25 mm Valcon H.

3) Sonicate stator face up to avoid scratching surface. First use water, then 50% Methanol, then methanol. If lipids are stuck, use mix of IPA/water/ACN.

4) Dry with nitrogen stream or canned air so that all parts dry.

5) Reassemble with new rotor and pressure evenly. Use flat head allen key to screw in SAE.
