Week 1: Jan 26-30 

  • Composites @ Pickle → Jaden, Javi, pledges 

    •  Clean metal boards, prep for layups, cut materials (topshell bulkheads)

  • Aerodynamics 

    • Canopy Mold made, reviewed (Jan 28), and finalized 

Weekend 1: Jan 31

  • Composites: @ Rob Edwards 

    • New members: Wheel hole cover layups  


Week 2: Feb 2-6

  • Composites @ Pickle 

    • cut materials for bs bulkheads

    • draw cut outs for bottom shell

  • Aerodynamics 

    • Canopy mold finalized  

    • tabs finalized

Weekend 2: Feb 7

  • Composites @ Rob Edwards 

    • Bottom shell bulkheads layup 1

    • dremmel cut outs - advait dependent


Week 3: Feb 9-13 

  • Composites @ Pickle 

    • cut materials for bs bulkheads

    • mold arrival + prep

Weekend 3: Feb 14

  • Livery @ ETC

    • send unveiling committee color scheme for decor


Week 4: Feb 16-20 (contingent on both mold arrival)

    • prep top shell layup materials

Weekend 4: Feb 21

    • Top shell bulkhead layup 1 

    • Chemical spray

Week 5: Feb 23-27

    • sanding

    • send out bottom shell bulkheads to be waterjet

    • Bottomshell Reinforcements: bulkheads and wheel cover holes be installed

  • Composites @ Pickle 

    • Cut materials (top shell bulkheads)

Weekend 5: Feb 28

    • Chemical spray for topshell 

    • Top shell bulkhead layup 2 

  • Composites @ Pickle

    • have finished mold + assembled (final deadline march 6)


Week 6: Mar 2-6

    • Sand topshell + cut materials

    • Livery design finalized and internal approval (All changes made by workday)

      • Approved by: Advait, Kayla, Hayden, Hardhik, CR

Weekend 6: Mar 7

    • top shell bulkheads retrieved, ready to waterjet

    • gel coat canopy

  • Livery @ ETC

    • by EOD, livery finalized


Week 7: Mar 9-13
