Hard Disk Repair and Data Recovery

In case the data on your UT device is currently not being backed up to UT Backup, UT Box, external drive, or other backup solution, and you experience a hard drive failure, the ECE-IT may be able to assist with data recovery.  The ECE-IT group has limited resources available for professional data recovery, so this would be best effort approach.

If professional services are needed, the department or requester would be financially responsible.
