How can I access this software
For your personal computer, do the following.
Please download the latest GAMS distribution from: http://www.gams.com/download/

- To install the license, copy these six lines to the clipboard. Then, open GAMS Studio and click on "Help > GAMS Licensing" or "Help > About GAMS," depending on your version of GAMS Studio. A message box will notify you that a GAMS license has been found on the clipboard. If 'Yes' is clicked, the new license will be installed automatically and presented via the "About GAMS" dialog

If the copy/clipboard method does not work, please follow the instructions on this page (https://www.gams.com/latest/docs/UG_License.html) under "Installing or updating a license file" section for your OS. This process will involve saving these six lines as gamslice.txt and placing this file in the GAMS system directory. This page was navigated to via the main detailed instructions link in #3 via Installation and Licensing → Licensing.
Licensed solvers included: GAMS/COPT, GAMS/CPLEX, GAMS/DICOPT, GAMS/MINOS, GAMS/PATH
The license will work with all platforms supported by GAMS and will expire on May 31, 2023.
