Sprout Social
Sprout Social is a social media publishing and analytics platform. It allows the School to coordinate its social media strategy across all official accounts. To adhere to UT’s new Social Media policy, content created by students must utilize this platform for approvals by their faculty or staff contact. There are currently three user accounts on the team within the platform. Those users are listed below, along with their functions. Groups have been created for each department to connect their social media accounts. Each account has different workflows to follow for posting content.
Sprout requires a one-time-passcode to log in, so Resource Accounts have been created for those with access. Permissions and credentials will be shared with the individuals who utilize the accounts.
