How to Schedule a Post on Sprout Social

Once a post is an Approved Draft, you need to schedule it.

Step-by-step guide

1. Log into the SOA Approver account on Sprout Social

2. Ensure that you’ve selected the correct Group for your workflow

   1. Open

      

3. Click on Publishing

   1. Open

      

4. Click on Drafts

   1. Open

      

5. Locate the post needing to be scheduled (or other interaction)

   1. Open

      

6. To schedule the post, click the Edit icon

7. When editing the post, uncheck “This is a Draft”

   1. Open

      

8. Add the date and time for the post

   1. Open

      

9. Click 'Schedule”

   1. Open
