How to Log into Sprout Social

Follow the guide below to access the Sprout Social account relevant to your workflows. Students will use the SOA Proposer account and faculty/staff will use the SOA Approver account. Credentials for these accounts will be shared with you via Stache (https://stache.utexas.edu).

Step-by-step guide

1. Navigate to Sprout Social

2. Type in the e-mail address and password for the account

   1. A one-time-code will be generated and sent to the associated e-mail address

3. Navigate to the shared e-mail account

   1. You can use either the Outlook Desktop app or the Outlook Web App in a different tab

4. Locate the e-mail from Sprout Social containing the code and copy it

5. Paste the one-time-code into the Sprout Social login screen

6. Once you've logged in, select the Group relevant to your workflow
