3. Completing the General Section of the Survey

It is the Survey Coordinator’s responsibility to respond to the ‘General (GEN)’ section of the survey. No other team member contributes to this survey section. In order to enter data in the ‘GEN’ section, click on the colored box of the survey section (as shown in Figure 10) and a new tab will open with the ‘GEN’ section interface (similar to the interface shown in the figure below.
