In order to access the 10-10 Singapore system, the user needs log-in to the CII Website (see the figure below). Note that this requires: 1) a CII account, which can be created from the website (https://www.construction-institute.org/MC_Profile/New_Form.cfm); and 2) special permission to access the 10-10 system. Access is provided only to those personnel who work for companies participating in the CII Singapore Project and who have been referred as Survey Coordinators. After selecting the 10-10 Singapore system in the CII website, you will be directed to the 10-10 home page. There you will find the survey administration interface of the system. As mentioned above, this interface is only available to personnel that have been referred as Survey Coordinators for their companies and have been granted access to the system.

In the 10-10 Singapore home page, there are several key components/interfaces (numbered in the figure below):

#1) Search Box: Allows searching for surveys, for instance, by typing the survey number or any part of the survey name. The list of surveys shown in the ‘My Projects’ interface (2) will be filtered by any terms entered in the search box (1).

#2) ‘My Projects’: This interface displays the lists all surveys associated with the user’s company. The grid boxes on the right of the survey name allow the user to see the status of the three survey sections.

#3) ‘Manage Surveys’: This interface is initially not visible. It becomes visible when the user clicks on a survey name in the ‘My Projects’ interface (see #2). The ‘Manage Surveys’ helps organizing the surveys that will be sent to the management personnel.

#4) ‘Legend’: This section describes the color scheme used in the ‘My Projects’ and ‘Manage Surveys’ interfaces.

#5) ‘User Guide’, ‘Contacts’ and ‘Logout’ buttons: The ‘User Guide’ button will direct the user to the 10-10 Singapore System User Guide document, which is available as a MS Word file. The ‘Contacts’ button will point to a contact that can assist the user managing the survey. The ‘Log Out’ button will log the user out of the 10-10 Singapore System.

The term ‘project’ is used in this document to refer to a ‘New Project’ survey while the term ‘survey’ is used more generally to refer to any of the three survey types (‘New Project’, ‘Maintenance’ and ‘Shutdown/Turnaround’).
