6. Completing Input Survey Questionnaires
The ‘Input Section’ survey is available to team members as a individual stand-alone survey that they can take from a desktop computer or portable device. For the Survey Coordinator, the survey is available through the ‘My Projects’ interface as shown above. The following figure highlights some important features of the ‘Input Section’ survey:
#1: ‘Previous Page’ button: Navigates to the prior page in the survey.
#2: Survey Title and Page Count: Lists the name of project and which page of the questionnaire the user is currently on.
#3: ‘Next Page’ button: Navigates to the next page in the survey.
#4: Status indicator: % Complete of all the questions in the survey.
#5: ‘Save & Exit’ button: The survey continually saves all data, but the user can use the button to safely close the window and resume data entry at a later time.
There are no required questions in the ‘Input Survey’ and a respondent may choose to skip any number of questions. This means that the respondent can complete the survey even if the progress bar is not at 100%.
