Choose the webcam either the Logitech Webcam 

Also choose Adjust for low light and can adjust

brightness since suites are kinda dark 

Some of our suites have a different webcam

Check the HD box to make the image quality better

Then click on the Audio Preference

Speaker set to “Blackmagic Ultrastudio 4K”

Microphone set to “Logitech Webcam” or

C270 Webcam depending what suite you are in
