Duo - Two Factor Mobile Phone Workflow - How to get Duo to work on a New Mobile Phone

On an web browser go to this website. You can use a computer or your mobile device.

Sign in with your EID and Password

If you already have a DUO account registered with your phone number choose Call Me to verify


Answer the phone and press a number on the keypad

Choose Make Further Changes

Click Other Options

Choose Manage Devices

Choose Phone Call

Answer the phone and press a number on the keypad


Then click I have a new phone

Click Get Started

The site will tell you to download Duo Mobile but if you already have it installed on your phone

Click Next

You will be asked to either setup a new account or choose I have an existing account

If you have an existing account the app will search for the UT account and once it's found then you will be prompted to
Scan QR Code on the phone

Open Duo Mobile and Scan the code with the Duo App

Then accounts are linked
