Windows Printer Installation on a UT device

Windows computers managed under the LAITS Active Directory (AD) tree automatically retrieve a Group Policy Object (GPO) that details a list of printers to install, based on the department that computer is assigned to.

Going to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners will show a list of already installed departmental printers.

If your Windows computer doesn't have all the printers you expect or that are associated with your department please contact LAITS remote support via chat or phone at 512-471-5000 or stop by a service desk during normal business hours.
