Save and Load Queries

Use the query manager functions to save time when building complex searches. Save your frequent searches or basic "building block" searches that can be easily modified to find other results.  Saved queries can be shared between users by assigning them as global queries. Queries also support quick access to objects or projects from your dashboard page.

Save a Query

  1. After building a complex Super Search in the query designer, click OK to close the designer window
  2. Click Save Query below the search bar
  3. Name your query and add a description to help define the search at a glance
  4. Select any optional items below to add the query to your dashboard or share it with other users

Notes:

Using Save As will not affect the original query that you loaded.

Using Clear in the query designer will not delete or overwrite the loaded query. It simply clears the designer window.

Like all searches, query lists are organized by the module and record type they are searching.
