wearing order

  1. double general gloves+1 transparent plastic gloves

  2. cloth

  3. facial mask

  4. blue gloves

  5. make sure there is no holes and everything is good

Process

  1. test acid solution aspirator

  2. triple risen quarts container

  3. 1) 1 container with hydrogen peroxide(30%)  2) 1 container with sulfuric acid (96%)    ratio 1:2=peroxide:Acid

  4. Combine together(peroxide pour into acid)   -wait 5mins 

  5. Put wafers in soluiton for 8mins

  6. QRD 5times→ Triple risen

  7. SRD

One wafer -200ml Hydronperoxide+400ml sulfuric Acid  if using holder in hood

 

Take off everthing when leave acid hood!!
