Summary/Overview:
Every year, over 350,000 Americans end up in emergency rooms due to kitchen cutting accidents, highlighting the urgent need for safer food prep. This project tackles that problem head-on by designing a safe, automated vegetable slicer that boosts efficiency, ensures consistent results, and is accessible for all users, including children and those with limited mobility.
