Concerns in Classroom

• Make sure you are documenting concerns you are seeing in the classroom so there is a paper trail

• Communicate with Amy about referrals - don't blindly send links that are outdated

• Documentation of concerns form - attach paper trail to form

• Come find Amy if anyone has anyone has any concerns - put them on Amy’s radar

• If a child has an IEP, that needs to be in their file

  • We should have release of info forms for outside providers - mainly to receive info and work with them to develop goals.
