Bubble Attachment Plan
In between the 2 highlighted lines in the image above is a region where the bubbles are flush to the bottom shell.
We are unsure of exactly where the bottom shell and bubbles are gonna line up because our geometries aren’t accurate, so the plan is to make the bubbles and then match the bubbles up to the bottom shell. We’ll tack the bubbles to the bottom shell with either tacky tape or duct tape and then drill holes through both bottom and top shell in the locations where there's the most separation. As an estimate, there will probably be about 6 total, 2 on each side and 2 on the top.
Dzus fasteners will put in at the spots where holes were drilled. Will look at bottom shell and either rivet or epoxy (or both) (whatever was done to daybreak worked so we can run that back) to attach the dzus fasteners to the bottom shell/ bubbles

This is the link to the dzus fasteners we bought last year so these will work, although from what I’ve been told combustion has had better luck getting good ones so ask them which ones they use before buying these.
