JAMF - How to Make Installer Packages Using Composer

Open Composer

Go to >Composer>Settings

Change the settings as follows

Choose Build flat PKGs

Uncheck Sign with

Executable Types in PKGs - One or more executables require Rosetta

DMG Target Filesystem is APFS

Choose SAVE

Put in admin password if needed

Then Drag the folder or item from finder over to the

Sources column in Composer

Applications Folder shown here

Set Owner as root

Set Group as wheel

GIVE Read and write to all boxes

Click on the little circle

Near the check boxes and choose Apply Permissions to

Applications and all Enclosed Items

Then choose Build as PKG -

Choose the folder to save it to

Your hard drive

Click Save

put in commpower UN and PW
